Frequently asked

What happens after the feasibility study?

Once you approve your estimate, we will provide you with a conceptual floor plan and schematic site plan, along with a selection sheet to choose your finishes. Then we will provide you with a construction contract to review. When you're ready to start, you'll sign the construction contract, provide a $1,000 deposit toward your home, and proceed with finalizing your loan. After your loan closes, you or your bank will provide us with a 10% deposit and construction will begin!

Can the study fee be applied toward a future build?

The study is a separate, flat-fee service, but the work we do during the study (cost estimating, zoning research, site sketching) carries directly into your build proposal, so you're not paying twice for the same work.

What if I don't own the land yet?

That's fine. Many clients commission a study while they're under contract or evaluating a parcel. We just need basic info on the property to get started.

Do you travel for studies?

Yes, within our service area (Asheville, Buncombe & Henderson counties, primarily). Reach out and we'll confirm whether your site is in range.

How do I book?
